When you register as a partner or sign up for one of our products, services or activities, when you order a publication, subscribe to a newsletter, participate in a meeting, make use of our digital services, contact CSR Netherlands, when you grant an assignment or subsidy to us or deliver a product or service to us (including hiring as a self-employed person) or when you apply for a job with us, the personal data you provide will be recorded and processed under the responsibility of CSR Netherlands.
We process the following data:
your registration details: these are the details we ask you to provide when registering as a partner or for one of our products or services, such as name, (business) e-mail address, (business) telephone number, position, name of employer/company, place of business of the company and bank account number. If you have given your explicit consent, we may use your e-mail address to send you related offers of services from CSR Netherlands.
contract data: these are the data we process in the context of a contract of assignment or a subsidy relationship, such as name, (business) e-mail address, (business) telephone number, position, name of employer/company, place of business of the company and bank account number.
application data: your name, gender, contact details, date of birth, photograph (if provided), your CV and cover letter.
data relating to equipment used such as a unique device ID.
We process your personal data:
to enter into or execute an agreement, for example to deliver the products, services or information you have chosen;
to invoice purchased paid services or products;
to send newsletters, surveys and other notifications, provided you have given explicit permission;
to send offers of services and products of CSR Netherlands, provided you have given explicit permission;
to enable logging in via social media (offered by third parties);
to improve the products and services of CSR Netherlands and better tailor them to your usage or interests;
to assess your suitability for a position and handle the application process;
to comply with a legal obligation.
CSR Netherlands uses your personal data exclusively for the purposes for which you have provided them to us, unless you have given your explicit consent to the use of your personal data for other purposes.
CSR Netherlands only provides your personal data to other parties in the following cases:
if this is necessary for the performance of the service you have requested;
for the proper functioning of the website;
if the information is public;
if CSR Netherlands is required by law or regulation to provide certain information.
CSR Netherlands concludes processing agreements with these third parties so that they handle your personal data with care.
If, through the website or other services or products of CSR Netherlands, you arrive at the website of a third party, the conditions and privacy rules of that third party apply. If you no longer wish to receive marketing and promotional messages about our products and services or general news items via e-mail, you may opt-out of this by following the instructions included in each e-mail for this purpose, or send a message to contact@mvonederland.nl. We will comply with your request within a period of 4 weeks of receiving it. Please note that we may continue to send you mailings and messages on other grounds, such as in the context of your partnership.
You have the right to inspect your personal data and the right to request correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your data. You can access your personal data collected by CSR Netherlands and, if you wish, have it amended by sending a request to: contact@mvonederland.nl. We will respond to your request within 4 weeks. CSR Netherlands may ask you to prove your identity if you submit requests for inspection or modification. Should you disagree with the way in which CSR Netherlands handles your personal data, you can file a complaint with the Netherlands Authority for Personal Data.
CSR Netherlands retains your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned above or to comply with legal (retention) obligations.
